Yearly Service Awards

A special feature of Corporate PowerRewards is an automated update of the emplyee's account for yearly service to your company.

Every day the system scans your data base of employees and reviews their hire date. On the employee's anniversary date a pre-determined number of points are automatically added to their account.

You determine the points to be added. For example:

• 5 years gets 5,000 points
• 10 years gets 10,000 points
• 15 years gets 20,000 points
• 20 years gets 35,000 points
• 25 years gets 50,000 points

In addition, a pre-determined number of days prior to the anniversary date the manager of the employee will receive an email notifying him/her of an employee with an anniversary date coming up shortly.

Also, the employee will automatically receive an email thanking them on their anniversary and if it is a "points" anniversary telling them of the points added to their account.
