Accurate Records

One of the special features of Corporate PowerRewards is the accurate recording of assigned and redeemed points for each of your employees. Since the IRS treats service points different than performance points, the system records their usage separately.

All points are redeemed in chronologically (FIFO) order. At anytime the site administrator can request a report that shows each employee and how much of each kind of points they have redeemed.

The following reports are available to the site administrator:

• Employee Order History
• Employee Points Available
• Employee Points Redeemed
• Managers/Supervisors Budget

In addition there are numerous easy and convient ways to create, maintain, and update your employee database.
